Refund & Exchange Policy
California regulations restrict cannabis returns for safety and tracking reasons, but we make it right when a product is defective or wrong.
Defective or damaged product
If your product is defective, damaged or inoperable, bring it back within 7 days with the original packaging and your receipt. We’ll exchange it for the same item or offer in-store credit.
Order mistakes
If we packed the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours at (818) 290-3833. We’ll exchange it or credit your account.
No refunds on opened or used product
For health and regulatory reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products. Please inspect your items before leaving the store.
